In my experience, the sooner the better. I'd say around 12-18 months is average and your safest bet. The sooner you book the less chance your date is taken!

It's best to have a good idea of how many will be getting services but nothing needs to be finalized when you initially book. You will have up until six months beforehand to finalize the head count. The sooner you can give a finalized headcount the better so I can hire an additional artist if need be.

A signed contract and a small deposit is needed to secure your date. Your date will only be secured after those two things are completed.
